Meet Our Team.

The Lifestock Academy team consists of a mother- daughter trio who are very passionate about raising and showing livestock. It all began back in 1981 when Carolyn was involved with 4-H and FFA. She had several beef, hog, lamb, and goat projects that she exhibited. She had many Grand and Reserve Champions throughout her time showing in her home state of Oklahoma. Her love for livestock passed on to her daughters the moment she decided to get back into raising lambs in 2014 after being out of the show ring for a little over 20 years. Since that time, she graduated from Oklahoma State University with a doctorate in veterinary medicine and moved across state lines to open up her own veterinary practice in Orem, Utah. Her daughters Kassia, Kadyn, and Kambry fell in love with the stock show life and showed up until they aged out of 4-H and FFA. They were always in the top 10 exhibitors in the state 4-H livestock shows, and between the three have won many Grand and Reserve market and breeding animals in addition to Grand and Reserve showman titles with their lambs and goats. Despite not being in the showring themselves anymore, their passion has carried on through the next generation, including Kassia's young daughter Maklyn who currently shows her goats and lambs in jackpots across Oklahoma, Arkansas, Texas, and Utah. Kadyn and Kambry have taken countless other kids under their wing and have worked hard to pass their knowledge on and help them hone their showmanship skills. Kassia, Kadyn, and Kambry overall have been involved with raising, showing livestock, and training other 4-H kids for 11 years now, and for that reason decided to officially open up their own show school specializing in sheep and goat projects with an emphasis on good sportsmanship and valuable life lessons for those that also have a passion for agriculture, livestock, and showing.
